Helen Keller said, 'life is either a great adventure, or nothing.'
And as my mate Deb says, this is coming from a woman who was dead, dumb and blind.
Damn, when you put it like that, we got no fucking excuse really hey?
I LOVE mornings.....(reframing)

Not "dumb," just a person who was deaf and blind. If she was not bright she could not have learned to sign and communicate her thoughts to others. However, you are correct, you are very lucky to have your adventures and a friend like Deb. Well done reframing. You are the mistress of your reality; you can choose to see anything the way you wish. You know the saying, "where a door closes a window opens." Just keep looking for the windows they are always there if you wish to see them.
A friend told me once when I was depressed that as artists we have the potential power to change the individual through our work. With each individual changed we can potentially change a community, and then potentially a region, then potentially a country and then the world. We are catalysts for change; so let it be a positive growth. Suffering is a truth, but so is resilience. I couldn’t hear her then, I understand it now. Reframing in your post can be an act of resilience, this was my intended connection to this little rant.
