A good picture, no?

This is what is called a 'giant turtle', homemade in Allegan, MI. Its chocolate with caramel and pecans. Its really bloody good, a little at a time....over the course of a few hours. Add to that a glass of red wine, a wicked thunderstorm, and a good movie after a magnificent massage and cranial therapy/chakra thingy session....and it seems that this is indeed the end to a good day.

Blessed and clear right at this moment, is how I feel

but i am missing something crucial as i have no idea what giant turtles have to do with the aforementioned ingredients!??

The candy giant turtle.... looks like a pixie which is a name "Fannie May" (a pretty famous american candy company) has for its walnut, carmel and chocolate candy...so when other companys make it they are usually called turtles or bear claws.

the chocolate hardens on top of the already hardened carmel which sits on top of nuts (my favorite is cashew nuts) ... so the chocolate top looks like the top of a turtle. If made properly.... as you eat you tend to say yum yum ... oh this is so good ... why did i wait so long to find you ...to consume you ....lol so i embellished a bit.. i am just kidding... but they are very good indeed!
