It was freezing cold but I made myself go in, snot and all. It was one of those incredible urges to take all my clothes off and feel my body submerged in the water. To feel it become a part of something bigger than myself and the second I did it, I felt alive. My body adjusted to the temperature and I moved through the water feeling all the tension of my day fall off as I went.

And that felt amazing. Spontaneity my friends, you can't beat it.
